Anne Louise Dudek was born in the United States. Her television appearances include The Dr. Amber Volakis, in the Fox's House sitcom, Danielle Brookson, in USA Network drama Covert Affairs; and Lura Gran in HBO Drama Big Love. Dudek was born and raised within Massachusetts. She attended Northwestern University, where her first role as an actor in a theatrical production called The Iphigenia Cycle. Following the Broadway run, she went on a trip to New York City and won the Joseph E.Calloway Award. American Theater Magazine named her among the top ten emerging actors to watch. Dudek eventually landed parts on TV and the large screen.
